Who are we?
EHP2, Founded in 2018 by Jean-François Nicolino, it is built around individuals with extensive experience in the design, development, and production of assemblies. moto-propulseurs (GMP) multi secteurs d’activité.
Members of EHP2 possess extensive experience in the fields of mechanics, thermal engineering, thermodynamics, and powertrain synthesis and integration.
EHP2 operates primarily in niche markets within the aerospace, defense, automotive prototype, motor racing, marine, and off-road sectors.
EHP2 possesses in-house capabilities for CAD design (SolidWorks, CATIA), preliminary sizing calculations (SolidWorks suite), modeling (MATLAB-Simulink), gear calculations (internal tool), and 3D scanning (Artec).
EHP2 possesses manufacturing capabilities (3D printing, CNC milling, CNC turning), TIG welding, micro-TIG welding (batteries), geometric inspection (3D), assembly (motor and battery assembly workshop), and test benches (component test benches, electric and internal combustion engine test benches).
A new workshop featuring secure, dedicated areas for the assembly, testing, and storage of batteries and hydrogen engines is currently under construction and will soon be operational (Thoiry-Yvelines business park).
EHP2 maintains a robust network of experts and partner companies specializing in complex calculations, manufacturing, and testing; notably, it has partnerships with Kintesys in the field of engine control systems, enabling the provision of complete, integrated powertrain units.
